Selection of Operations and Sales Director for the world's largest Airport Retailer.
In 2003, Accelerating Change was asked to support the Nuance Group in its selection of an Operations and Sales Director for the UK, Eire & Netherlands Division. This was required following an internal restructure and a prerequisite to support the growth of the business and to build sustainable partnerships. A new style of leadership was highlighted as a key attribute required to support the Nuance planned programme of organisational change.
Accelerating Change researched, designed and facilitated a selection event that measured business and leadership capability, through a variety of activities and on line questionnaires. A key feature of the event was the detailed coaching feedback provided to both successful and non successful candidates.
