Fast Tracking 'high potentials' and developing future business leaders.


Towards the end of 2005 and through into 2006, we are delighted to be supporting one of the worlds leading producers of life science equipment and tools. The business strategy is one of global growth through developing existing, new and emerging markets. Developing Talent Pools at Board, Management and Graduate levels is seen as key in supporting this strategy.

Working in partnership with other consultancies we have been asked to support the European business with leadership development centres at management level and at graduate level, with the selection of a number of high potentials from across Europe.
 

Having attracted new talent into the business, we will then work collaboratively with the programme champions to design and facilitate an International Graduate Orientation Programme that will enable individual’s to hit the ground running and contribute to the business from day one of their careers.
