We supported Tools for Leading Change with this exciting project based in the Cabinet Office. 
Tools for Leading Change were asked to support a new management team with change leadership and improve team and people performance. 

There were three parts to the programme:
  • Internet based 360o feedback – aligned to the capability framework.
  • Facilitated workshops – based around the team’s key business challenges.
  • One-to-one coaching – raising self-awareness, creating own leadership style, managing team performance and career development.
