Accelerate the best out of your team and improve people performance
We supported Tools for Leading Change with this exciting project based in the Cabinet Office.
Tools for Leading Change were asked to support a new management team with change leadership and improve team and people performance.
There were three parts to the programme:
- Internet based 360o feedback – aligned to the capability framework.
- Facilitated workshops – based around the team’s key business challenges.
- One-to-one coaching – raising self-awareness, creating own leadership style, managing team performance and career development.
