Accelerating Change is a thriving ‘virtual’ network of leadership development and coaching specialists.

When choosing people to work within your business you will be looking for people who have the gravitas and experience to gain creditability fast.  You will need them to work to your agenda, within a structure and agreeing milestones and actions along the way whilst avoiding creating any dependency!



Caroline Stanford, Managing Director, has extensive consultancy experience and has had previous experience working with the Cabinet Office, the Nuance Group, MOD, Scottish and Newcastle, Sainsbury’s and other public sector and retail organisations. She brings strong relationship management corporate coaching and process skills. She holds a Diploma in Coaching and is a member of the European Coaching Institute.


Martin Guy designs and delivers highly interactive learning and development workshops. Over the years, Martin has built an impressive track record of developing and improving the performance of leaders and their teams, specifically within the retail sector. Martin is an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner and holds a diploma in Coaching for Performance in Business.


Annie Hall is new to our team and comes with an established track record of supporting her clients with HR and culture change programmes. As well as working with corporate clients, Annie is a mentor to local schools and is a government inspector for adult learning.
Anna Mason is a qualified professional and personal coach. Anna has considerable experience of supporting people with defining where they want to go, planning how to get there and making sure that they arrive successfully. Anna is a member of the European Coaching Institute.
